Terrible - Went to watch what I thought would be a enticing action flick but when 10-15 mins into the movie, found out it was quite blood thirsty and disturbing and so didnt want to watch anymore, was not at all what i was expecting. When I went downstairs to ask for a refund the very rude big fat manager called DIANE AGBEVE refused me a refund despite me being a regular customer & spending a lot in there. She then stated i could have a credit note, i said great as some great movies like sex and the city & prince of persia, streetdance and wall street i wanted to see coming soon and then she started being bitchy and awkward stating i couldnt see these films as big blockbusters.....so i said What films can i watch with them? she stated depends how popular they are? and so i said how the hell am i supposed to know this? She refused to answer. when started to get annoyed she then started making up lies and accusations about me getting complaints from Leic Sq odean when not been in there for over a year probably if ever at all for that matter.....dont think i have if i recall...Camden is my most local & so need to. She also recognised me from other showings which i found distubing...i didnt recognise her and didnt know her from anybody else, why is she watching me anyway? She was speaking to me as if knew her when ive never seen her before in my life???

anyway, asked for the manager above her and she refused to cooperate and so now having to report it to head office to get a refund for the film I didnt see.

Been to other cinemas before and not liked a film and had a refund with no problems at all....avoid camden odean at all costs esp DIANE AGBEVE.....rudest dumbest manager with 0 customer service skills. Cinema always dirty and horrible atmosphere anyway.
