Crooks! - Since nov 2007, they hold my deposit and despite a favourable court judgement, I don't think I will get my money back.
I doubt they are still trading though... I am no longer in London so any tip on this would be useful.

Apalling lettings agent! - I had to chase money owing to me from these clowns who eventually had to come to my door step with cash because they said they couldn't do a bank transfer! Oh really!
They also lied to me on another transaction saying they had run credit checks on prospective tenants, when later on they admitted to me that they hadn't.
Diabolical, stay away from this agency!
