We all know there are dodgy garages out there but this is not one of them, I've had my Audi A3 MOT'd there for 4 years and today was the first time it failed, (on brake pads). All work was done and total fee including MOT was £114.

Dont go unless you want bad service - Wish I never took up the Groupon offer for this Garage.
Fasttrack do not give a toss about you.
After agreeing several times the car needs to be ready by 12:00 it was still over one hour late.
I only dropped off at 8am for a valet, engine steam clean and seat shampoo. This made me late for 13:00 car service at The London Avenue garage.
My car developed engine problems and I took back to servicing garage (The Avenue Garage) who found it difficult to diagnose fault. The Avenue Garage, Portsmouth were superb, great customer service, polite, dedicated and managed to locate the problem. Soaking wet spark plugs. They did not charge any cost for this and will recommend their brilliant service.
I returned to fasttrack garage to report incident because my car was dangerous with the engine cutting out and misfiring. The complete opposite to The Avenue Garage, the receptionist was not bothered advising, 'I do not clean the cars'. When I showed the still wet plugs (only taken out 30 mins earlier) he went off and returned with why it had happened, warning this is the risk of an engine steam clean (at no point was I made aware of this risk which seems a very poor excuse). After a 10 minute discussion no apology, compromise or hint of customer service.
I will never return to Fasttrack who were slow, late, rude and useless.
I wish I read the other comments before going.

cowboys - used them for my mot didnt ask if i wanted the work carried out went ahead without my agreement and presented me with a bill for 540 or i would not get my car back! taking legal action will update later
