be cautious deal with NFJ - I had a pretty bad experience being a tenant with NFJ. The rent they ask for is very high compared to other lettings in the same area. Unfortunately I was new to the area and caught by NFJ paying high rent comapred to my freinds in the neighbouring flats.

NFJ imposes high charges to the tenant once you vacate your flat its only a dream you will get your deposit back.

Don't ask me how, they know how to take your money
