beautifull flowers - This florist has done many flowers for me in the past and i have never had a problem, my Valentines flowers looked gorgeous and i was over the moon with them. They did my family friends wedding as well and everybody thought the flowers were amazing and unique.

Dilly at Abbots. Terrible service. - I'll try to keep this short and sweet (well sour as it turns out to be)
I ordered 12 yellow roses for £46.50 Inc delivery.
These were to be delivered to my girlfriend’s office as a surprise for Valentine’s Day!
This turned out to be a highly embarrassing affair for both myself and my girlfriend.
This wrecked valentine’s day.
Dilly at Abbots delivered 10 yellow roses...
Three of which with dead/ drooping.
The bag was split so there was water leaking.
No plant food which was indicated that there should have been.
Spelt my girlfriends name wrong, even though I specifically spelt it out for them.
Scrawled my message across the note.
So I appear to have just sent her some cheap roses.
She received a disgusting looking bouquet in front of all of her colleagues.
I obviously complained and insisted upon full refund, as specified in the card attached, the “flowers” had a 7 day guarantee.
The owner Jo Dilworth demanded that my girlfriend drive to the store to return the roses, which is obviously unacceptable.
This was intended to be a lovely gesture; she shouldn’t have to return them, in order for me to reason a refund.
Jo stated that she is an expert and will need to look at them, so I asked for her to elaborate as to what exactly she will look at. She did not respond and seem to have trouble
I stated that it simply adds insult to injury to have to either bring them to work for recollection or to take them to the florist, which adds further embarrassment for me and my girlfriend.
Jo accused me of being a liar and making up the problems, and the proceeded to hang up on myself.
She now refuses to answer the phone from my number.
This was meant to be a loving gesture; however it turned out to be a bitter disappointment.
The best way to ruin a valentine’s day.
Dilly at Abbots and Jo Dilworth provide a poor, rude, incompetent service.
I'd advise to find another florist.
