Poor - I have had very bad experiences with this place. Everytime I took my car in for repair or service I ended up paying hundreds of pounds for lots of jobs, even when I just wanted one small thing fixed. They also kept my car in for a long time each time, and I lost a lot of business because I use my car for work. I felt that I had been conned into getting a lot of work done to the car that was not really necessary. 27-11-11
