Avoid at all costs - They have a very bad attitude towards their customers. When they made a mistake which cost me money, they refused to compensate me for the money i had lost as a result of their error. Very poor communication and customer service, inconsiderate staff. There are much better dry cleaning services around with a more professional attitude towards their customers. My advice would be to steer clear of Soma and use one of the many reputable dry cleaning services out there instead.
