HIGHLY DELIGHTED! - I ordered a Sutcliffe combination unit from Haynes Furnishers earlier this year. From the moment I picked up the phone to place the order, I met with helpful, knowledgeable and friendly people. The whole process was completely stress-free and delivery of my unit was made ahead of schedule. On the delivery day the delivery team telephoned shortly before arrival to let me know when they were expecting to be with me, they were very efficient in assembling the unit and made sure we were happy with everything before they left, taking all packaging materials with them. All round - highly delighted!

Quality & Service 5* - We were delighted with our leather riser recliner chair. It was manufactured quicker than promised & speedy delivery was arranged at our convenience. Other companies selling similar offer free delivery to the door, Haynes offer free delivery into the room & position that the chair is going to be used in. They set up the chair, checked it was working ok & give a mini training session on how to use it. I urge you to buy from Haynes, we live North east england & it still wasn`t a problem to get it here before 9am!

Spare parts - I contacted Haynes, as I need a part for a recliner chair which I had bought second hand, but which had originally been purchased from Haynes.My enquiry was answered straight away, and the part delivered within 4 days.
The service was second to none. Not only was my question dealt with promptly, but also with sincerity and care.
I would recommend Haynes to anyone.

Excellent Furniture Knowledge - I visited this store after finding them online and I drove down to Burton on Trent to view the stock of furniture they hold. It was a real pleasure to deal with a salesman that knows furniture rather then just tries to make a sale.
The suite we ordered was delivery last week as promised and is excellent. I good quality family business with top customer service, especially the one called Carl! Well Done !
