avoid, avoid, avoid - Goods ordered on a Tuesday 6th for delivery on the following Friday 9th - latest, Saturday 10th.

Extension requested by Bathroom Designs to deliver on Thursday 15th. No response to numerous phone calls and then, finally, delivery on Friday 16th - but the WRONG things and critical parts missing.

Complete lack of care, no desire to keep the customer informed - just grandiose talk.

As actions speak louder than words - avoid, avoid, avoid. 16-10-09
