Friday and Sunday nights - On Friday, it's more a mix of suits, normal and a bit glammed up people but more so because most would go there after work and stay there till late. Despite this challenge, the music is actually one of the best and flatters the slightly neglected musical tastes of money making city workers. In a way the club mixes those idiosynchrasies of the area, the slick and polished City sexed up with East End underground. Worth mentioning are the superb cocktails and less mainstream beer brands. Especially the smaller room downstairs works well with a smaller crowd, Fridays can be busy and people chatting, without necessarily the need to dance. Look out for Blowin East, Maniche and Georgia Girl on Fridays.

Retox on Sunday nights (once a month) is probably the best of the few options for this tricky time slot at the moment, late comers won't get in. Expect a more freaky crowd than on Fridays. 06-08-07
