I walked into this 'cowboy shop' today to find some lady who had been ripped off by these so called 'Apple phone experts' - They had fitted a screen not fit for purpose and her phone was effected severely, upon taking it to the Apple Store to check the warranty they told her it was now invalid due to the part that had been fitted - Apple advised that the cost of fixing the issue would be 220.00 - the lady was fair with the shop staff in suggesting she pay half and they take responsibility for the other £110.00- this completely got their backs up and they claimed complete innocence - the lady eventually took her original phone back with a smashed screen worse off than when she originally entered the shop - Absolute Con-merchants. A colleague at work also says his phone was taken in for repair and later malfunctioned, upon taking it to a specialist for further scrutiny it was found that various different parts had been taken out and others put back in (nothing to do with the original issue) - This place should be in rogue traders and closed down.
