a good town centre bar? - Definitely one of the better bars in Northampton town centre if you are a grown-up i.e. over 21.
Not one of the cheapest places in town (try any wetherspoons for that), but nice atmosphere, some good music and decent bands.
Not the most attentive bar staff in the world and you sometimes have to be a bit pushy to get served so nothing unusual for a town centre pub ;-)
The place tends to get very busy at weekends and queues are typical after about 9:30 but i tend to get there b4 9:00 pick a good spot for getting served and chill out.
May see you there sometime....
