Very small bookshop for RC's - This shop replaced the original one that used to be in the road opposite Westminster Cathedral. Modernisation for me gives the impression, at least, that it does not stock as varied a range as before, but that may just be an illusion. I find it slightly claustrophobic, especially if there are a number of other customers in there.

Roman Catholics wanting a slight variation of books compared to the St Paul's Bookshop nearby are likely to find this little shop quite useful. Service in this shop may be quicker for those in a hurry compared to in the St Paul's Bookshop.

There is a full range of the Catholic Truth Society's booklets, and although much more modern in style than they used to be, (as well as more expensive), I don't think their range is as large as they once were. Their older publications are no longer available.

With such a small shop as this, the range of liturgical publications is very limited, although it has a good selection of classical RC writings, including some of Eastern Church interest.

Compared to years ago, they have improved slightly on the range of RC Bible versions and kept up with the newer versions to some extent. They still stock the Douai translation, although not the Knox version, which is probably out of print.

There is a small selection of RC devotional items, but apart from statues and icons, I feel that the range has shrunk over the years. In fairness to those who run the shop though, it cannot be easy to choose what to stock for such a small shop.

For those wanting RC newspapers and magazines, they have quite a good range, with more than available than either the Cathedral or St Paul's Bookshop, which does not sell newspapers at all.
