IF YOU CANT SEE THE LITTLE CARD OUTSIDE WHICH SAYS WE DO NOT EXCHANGE. THEY ARE VERY UNHELPFULL ONCE THEY SELL TO YOU. SO THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM. THANKYOU
