Unprofessional - they overcharge - They charged me £8 to drive me from Plaistow to Stratford. It should have been a £6-£6.50 journey. The driver took a long route. He also tried to justify the additional £2 charge by saying he had to "come from Newham" even though Stratford is still in Newham! The manager dismissed me when I called with my concerns. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
