I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star rating!
They're manner and attitude is appalling, absolutely no customer relation or people skills whatsoever.
They're just out for what you can get from you, don't hand any money over to them, you will most certainly regret it!

also would not recommend - I have no choice but to deal with south london estates as my local housing ass rents it to my local authority and they put me and my children in it as we were homeless and had no choice. It took 3 visits to fix my heating and my bfriend had to tell them what was wrong before it got fixed as the plumber didnt have a clue, I still dont have a working thermostat. I have had a survey due to leaks and nothing has been done, everytime it rains water runs down the inside of the walls and now they are mouldy. The back door has never shut properly, I still have a broken window and today the door handle on my front door broke and I cant get hold of anyone! Worst agency ever!

Worst ever agent - WARNING! This agent is one of the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with, their agent asked us grossly inappropriate and irrelevant questions, they took a deposit from us even though they had already let the property and their agent threatened not to give it back. Finally got the money back after issuing legal paperwork followed by a snotty letter saying they thought my action was an abuse!!! This agent only seems to be bothered about getting tenants who are claiming benefits and even though I am in full time employment their agent kept asking questions relating to what benefit i may be entitled to should i loose my job!!! GIVE THESE GUYS A WIDE BIRTH THEY ARE USELESS, As someone who lets out property in the north of England I would be just as concerned if I was a landlord. If you do part with money to these guys make sure that it is all documented!!!!
