A smile/welcome costs nothing - On my first visit, I could not fault the services. It was not after the second and third appointments, that I doubted 2 U Beauty. They have no sense of humor at all and even if they don't speak English, 'a thank you' and 'a smile costs nothing' to the customers. What I can say is if you are a new customer they will do a good job on your face so you keep going back to them for low quality services although the products are good.

eyewatering special treatment - 2 girls at the reception, one speaks a smattering of english, the other, not a word so limited communication. word of mouth made me aware of this salon, phoned and made an appointment for facial at 315 pm tuesday 12th october,when i got there the atmosphere was definitely unhelpful, girl at the reception saw me struggling with a baby buggy(i had been told it was ok to bring baby along since no minder available) at the door, couldnt be bothered to help with the door,more shock was to follow(one kept telling me maybe later! maybe later! almost hysterical).got in,explained i had appoinment,made by phone week before, sat a full five minutes only for lady in white coat(presumably the beautician)to come in ask stiffly if ive appointment. i say yes.she flips through appoinment book briskly,says she cant see my name and then shes off without so much as a backward glance,no explanation,no apology,no offer to reschedule,not even a chance for me to get a word in edgeways...in all honesty, i think she took one look at me and decided she wasn't interested in my custom.i was left there at the reception, feeling like something the cat brought in.

Is a good beauty salon. They also do various things from Brazilian waxing- French pedicures.
The only problem is they're only 2 people who work there.And sometimes the timing isn't very good.Make an appointment for 4.00pm and get called in at 4.20pm!But they are very good for price. Ans the quality of service is very good. Another hurdle is the people who work there are Chinese ! And don't speak very much English. They also sell Dermalogica product. Which are very good. But they are on the expensive side. (the products)
