horrible shop - Bought a TV anthena from them which did not work. It was a low class chinese product which they charged me £20 for. I went to return it, they accepted the return but did not give me my money back, instead they gave me a store voucher, which I didnt want. I have now taken this to the trading standards. I will never ever go in this shop again. 15-11-11

Excellent Service - I am not a computer literate and was looking to buy a wireless router. I went to Netversal. I found the staff very helpfull and friendly and spent their time to explain me the requirement in a simple and non technical language. I was proud to install the router by myself, the way the Netversal staff explained to me. Thank you for all your help. 23-07-09

there's no guarantee in this shop - I bought a used CD lens Cleanser from this shop. The owner gave me a shout and will not exchanged it. The rudest ever experience I have ever encountered for a shop. It was plain fact that the CD lens cleanser was used not over night as the liquid dried up stain is still on the packaging. 24-09-08
