Perfect but please read :-) - This place was spot on. I needed a hotel for a boozey night in the centre of london and this place was perfect. a grotty double room that reminded me of nasty student digs I lived in in my youth. Its carpet was not to be treaded on without thick soled shoes and it was a tough choice between the 3 beds as to which one would I dare touch with my bare hands. Horrid toilet and bath/shower facilities ( I dont know who would be brave enough for a bath). As I said it was perfect £50 for a double room and breakfast booked the night before and 2 mins from waterloo underground. I got so drunk that the state of the room didnt matter and as I didnt want to hang around the next day no hangover could stop me getting out early and seeing the sights (the room had a gorgeous view of the londin eye). So as I said perfect for what I wanted, just depends what that is !

HORRENDOUS ! ! - Whatever you do.... DO NOT go to this B&B
I stayed there with my 2 young children in October. Room was filthy and stunk of smoke. Carpet stinking.
Didn't even use toilet which was located on landing !
Breakfast consisted of (for children) a plate with a fried egg,spoonful of baked beans and round of buttered bread. For me .... 2 eggs, spoonful of baked beans and a round of bread ! !
I was absolutely appalled. I paid £75 for the room and breakfast... what a complete waste of money..... When I complained the next day the 'owner' was 'conveniently' not around. His 80+ cypriot sister in law had to handle my complaint and quite frankly was not interested in the slightest.
I didn't get any money back and no satisfaction re complaint. The only satisfaction I can now get is by posting this review and preventing anyone else from experiencing what we did.
