Such a poor experience, I had to blog about it....http://www.karenabass.com/?p=177
After a lovely appointment, my treatment lasted for 4 days. I had acrylic nails done and after 4 days they started falling off. I contacted the salon, and the owner just wasn't willing to assist me to meet my expectation; which was for my nails to be re-done by an experienced member of staff. (This was after finding out that a trainee had done my treatment without being notified.) Check out my blog for the full low-down :o(

Excellent Service & Staff are nice - I would just like to say, What a lovely clean shop it is, The staff are very friendly & proffesional. I have been a customer for over 4 years now & i have always been very happy with the treatments, especially the service.
