GREAT SERVICE - I bought a part from here about a week ago,unfortunatly it has failed. I took the part back with no reciept or proof of purchess and they changed it free of charge without me asking for it free.I even offered to pay and this was refused. First rate service

very dissatisfied customer - My wife went in to ask for a replacement part for our washing machine. She took the original part with her. The assistant took advice from their "engineer" and sold her a universal part that they stated would fit the machine but would need some electrical connectors (which they did supply). It did not fit the machine. I took it back and they refused to give me my money back even though the part purchased was not fit for the purpose it was intended. I am now taking this up with Trading standards. The manager of the shop accused me of being a liar, called me names and said he did not care if I went to trading standards. I will never use this shop again - and suggest that you do not either.
