DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING THERE - Absloutely outrageous. One of the most dispointing and horrible restaurant I have been in ages. You pay 20gbp to have an overcooked and slightly off rib eye steak. They also changed our fries order by chips without asking us. (they said they had no more fries only when I complained about not having what I asked for). My friend asked to remove the tomatoes when we ordered, the plate arrived with tomatoes... It took themn 45 minutes to serve us when we were the only ones in the restaurant! Also we found a hair in our dessert. When we told them how unhappy and nsatified we were, they didn't really care. The manager finally offered us a glass of wine, very little compensation compare to the horrible experience we had. 31-03-11
