This hotel is horrible! Don't go! - This Hotel is terrible. The low price was an attraction for us but in
retrospective it is better to spend few pounds more and go elsewhere.
On arrival they wanted to send us to another hotel, we insited and
they gave us an horrible, squallid and dirty room. The reception of
the hotel looks great and it is the only part of the hotel that is
decent. All the rest is run down and dirty. The breakfast was abismal!
i cannot believe the fact that we had breakfast made us choose this
hotel over others as there was only sliced bread, loose tea bags and a
jug of hot water! Also, breakfast finished at 10 and at 10 on the
clock very rude ladies came out of the kitchen, shouting
'breakfast was over' and we all had to leave, shut all the
lights (despite the breakfast room being full of other people) and
started hoovering under our table! This was at 10.03!!! Never been
treated so unprofessionally! they have no sense of business and do not
have a clue of how to keep constumers happy! DO NOT GO to this hotel,
an HOSTEL would a better, confier, more polite and definitely CLEANER
place! 08-11-08
