Reliable italian - Balfour is one of those non-descript places that you would probably pass by without noticing. They haven't done a fantastic job in making the decor inviting and warm. But this corner Italian provides reliable Italian food and seems to be fairly busy despite Strada being just around the corner. The set course lunch menu is a good bet. Don't expect too much, but if you're craving pasta, and are in the area, you won't be disappointed.
