Appalling Customer Service - This company sold me an expensive silver and jet bracelet which needed to be extended. They never told me it would cost me additional money to have it extended, merely said I would have the bracelet in up to 4 weeks. They took the initial cost of the bracelet off my credit card and are now saying it will cost me £24 to put a couple of silver links into it. This was never discussed at purchase but the bracelet is no use to me without the work and they are now refusing to re-credit my card.

Beautiful jewellery but appalling customer service, and not entirely sure the jewellery is good quality as I bought some earrings from them in May which have just broke !! 31-07-13
