This is for Cromwell Road Canterbury. so to do with the management at the Canterbury office.
We used to have a regular postman, who was extremely efficient as well as being friendly.
We now have different postmen all the time which has resulted in poor service. I have had to keep re-directing mail.
And the worst was me having to spend 29 minutes on the phone trying to register my complaint : I was waiting for a parcel but was out when it was delivered. The postman DID NOT LEAVE A NOTIFICATION CARD. I only discovered this when I was sent an email by a Royal Mail. I then went to the sorting office ( after having been told not to by the person who dealt with my complaint) to see if they could help. Luckily I finally found someone who did his job properly and I finally have the parcel.
It is just not good enough anymore.
