Disappointing Service - We went into this store 2 times. First was to look at diamonds for engagement rings. We liked one that they showed us and they wrote down the specs and price. When we went back a few days later and they totally changed their price on the ring and told us it was a mistake and there is nothing they can do. They didn't know why they misquoted the price by over £1000. They didn't try to work with us, and ever try to help in anyway. They sat there and stared at us until we got up and walked out.
