Cool Grandad - I thought the show was absolutely amazing and well documented - I've watched it a couple times on BBC iPlayer - what a cool grandad - lots of fun and energy. Ian you are truly blessed. You are an amazing role model for your children and grand children. Keep on doing what you're doing and remain happy. You only have one life - live it to the max. x 28-07-09

Loved the TV show -
Saw Ian Batten on a BBC TV show last night.

A hard-working individualist. Designs look practical, easy and cool !

As a Grandad and Hornsey Graduate with a lifetime of experience in what he does , I thought his stuff looked great....and so did Ian himself as a clothes horse for his own designs.

I felt he should definitely launch a " COOL POPS ! " collection.

Loved the family ( 'specially "Alice" ) and wish all of you the best ! 12-07-09
