Terrible prices and worse service! - When using this shop, it feels like I am begging for a service. These guys need to learn that they are 'only' a phone shop, and providing a 'service'. If customer service is no good then I certainly wont be paying these guys my money for anything - especially when its top prices! TIP TOP PRICES!

Avoid at all costs - I would like to say this is the first time I write a bad review. But I think prospective customers should now about this shithole. I take my phone to fix. I receive a quote for £50 to replace the screen which seemed high but I needed the phone fixed. I am told 3-4 days, after 12 days of lies over the phone I go by, and demand the phone back so I can go get it fixed somewhere else. They try to tell me about 1000 different stories but I am not buying, I just want the phone back. While arguing with the owner, another customer comes in with a complaint because the part the store installed on his phone was used. This customer had the same iphone as I did, and guess what? THEY HAD SOLD HIM THE GLASS FRONT PART OF MY IPHONE!!! I clearly recognized it because the first day with my brand new iphone I dropped it and made a scratch on the upper left corner that was easy to recognize. That is why they did not want to give me my phone back, it was because they had sold part of it. Bottom line, they are scumbags and low life SOBs. Take your business somewhere else and do not be fooled by the positive comments, I bet you £1000 they posted those comments.

Go to this shop! Very good service! - I'll be the first to admit that i am not the easiest of customers to deal with! But i always leave this shop happy. Nice guys to deal with, in think it is owned by two indian brothers. Have sent alot of business there way and will continue to do so! Read the other review on here and it seems you cant please everyone... that fact that this guy said that the guys at tips 'quoted' him, indicates to me that when they found out the actual cost and informed the customer, he threw his toys out of the pram! But i bet you they were still cheaper than anyone else!

Great service!! I love these guys!! - I was very surprised when i was searching on the net for my local phone shops tel number and i read the bad review for them!

These guys are life savers, they have helped me out many times and offer something that is very hard to find in the uk.... GOOD SERVICE!!!

i have been dealing with them personally for over 5 years now, since 2004 and they have also dealt with my company phones, contracts and repairs for over 2 years now and it is always a pleasure to deal with them!!

And no i have not been paid to do this. i just dont like to hear good businesses or good people bad mouthed.... but sam or mihir if you do read this i think you owe me some extra discount:)

Very disappointing - Overcharged (some prices are above RRP), no refund or exchange policy , do not honour price quoted for repairs. And the owners have a very blase attitude about it all. I am very sorry I walked into the store. For a local shop it needs local customers and I would not be recommending it.
