The idea of communal seating is proving popular amongst many Oriental restaurants, including Yelo. Serving a variety of traditional Thai dishes such as green chicken curry, sweet chilli king prawns and spicy corn patties to name but a few, Yelo is fast becoming a popular eatery. If you can manage to stomach the tempting desserts after your main course, then Bar Yelo awaits in the basement area - offering an extensive selection of cocktails and drinks. A takeaway and delivery service is also available.

Serviceable Thai in Hoxton Squ - Met a group of friends at Hoxton Square for a night of drinking and decided to get some food in the belly first. Prompt service, although I was given a bit of a feeling that they were trying to hurry us along to clear the table for another party. Reasonably sized portions and good prices, although a broader selection of beers would be welcome, as would proper stemware for the wine (it came served in a water glass). We sat outside, but oddly the space heater was placed inside the restaurant beside one of the several communal tables. Several of my friends raved about the coconut rice.
