Avoid this shop like the plague - The staff are unhelful, rude and dismissive.

I entered the shop expecting to be well treated and intending to buy at least one piece of jewellery but left empty handed and only feeling upset. Although there were three staff available none of them bothered to offer assistance until i had to ask and then they did not bother to stand up and answered my questions about a particluar piece of jewellery I was looking for rudely and made me feel worthless.

Rude, unhelpful and totally useless - I rang up this small jeweller to find out if they had a particular watch. The lady couldn't be bothered to check what she had on her books so I rang back a few days later, hoping to order from them (had found product online). Got a man who was incredibly rude and when I said I'd like to order a watch from him, he said I should go and have a look at what they had in their window...

Absolutely appalling customer service and incredibly rude on the phone - I hate to think what they'd be like in person! I will never use this jeweller. 05-07-10
