poor service - I visited the derby store with my seven yr old son to get a dvd he choose, we queued for ten mins with 2 dvds and then the assistant told us that he couldn't find one of the dvds so he left it at that, so i said just give us the other dvd he shown me the disc and it was scratched to hell so me and my son walked out with nothing, my son was not very happy once you choose a dvd you expect to go to the counter and pay , not for them to tell you they cant find it and leave you like that, 23-10-10
