Will this one last? - Over the years I have seen so many bars & restaurants come & go from this corner location that I'm always waiting for the day that I will walk around there & find it closed down!

The food is great, the service is great & it's very reasonably priced. I have been here a couple of times & it was pretty quiet each time so I am worried that it won't last...but I hope it does! 12-11-08
