rude customer service - I asked the server for 2 rasmalai and he presented me as per my request but the expiring date was 6 hrs after my purchase. Therefore, I requested him if he has any for further expiry date. He straight away said no and took the product away from me. I felt very disappointed as I was about to buy it anyway. He did not apologies or convinced me to buy it. I said to him that you could have presented me in nice way you don't have to be rude . He replied to me that I find you very rude as well. I bought the product and asked for a vat receipt but he gave me a small slip which did not include any vat receipt and said that we do not do such receipt this is the only receipt you get. The details in the receipt is #008502 06/10/2015 6:04 01 CLERK01 370×0.02 *7.40 DPT.01. I will never visit this branch again. If I have to buy any product from ambala I would prefer go to different branch. It's a shame that a business losses it's customer due to staff attitude. 06-10-15
