The Worst Restaurant/Bar Ever!! - this is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We booked a birthday party with Masti when we read some of the reviews hoping to have a good night. I’m trying to find something good to say about this place but I cant. I’m of Indian origin but I must say that the food was second rate, served cold and of general poor quality. The venue was dirty, the bar served drinks in dirty glasses and especially the toilets which I am sure Health & Safety should be advised to inspect. The music is mainly Bollywood and Bhangra and is ok but the crowd tends to be mainly sleazy old men from the Hammersmith Palais era. However, the worst aspect was the service staff and the management who do not know the meaning of customer service and don’t care if you come back or not. Beware of their charging model – they will insist on charging you for people who cant make it (we had a couple who were ill on evening and couldn’t make the party, but we still had to pay full price for them or management “would call the police” if we didn’t; they will also charge for bringing children even if they dont eat and end up sitting in their pushchair all night. This has to be one of the worst restaurants we have ever been and we would never go back or recommend them to our enemies lead besides friends – Avoid at all costs!! there are so many other places in Wembley to spend your money on and enjoy.

Rubbish & terrible service! - Bad service!

I booked in advance for a table for four right beside the dance floor. instead they dumped me to 1 corner near the food arrangement and away from the dance floor. The manager also lied. I just feel cheated! Masti got greedy and tried to squeeze in as many customers when they got more customers! This is ridiculous!

Dinner and Dance! - Masti is great, especially for South Asians. The atmosphere is like a club but is family friendly - people of all ages can join in the fun. Food was very good, I paid £5 for a selection of 3 Indian dishes, with rice, naan and salad. Drink prices were a little steep compared to the price of food (food is Halal, but do double check). They had a great DJ playing Bollywood tracks.
