Cowboy - Joe Larkin took title role in Channel 5's Cowboy builder on 20th April 2010. If trading standards were doing their job he would be behind bars by now. He has several stock phrases - one which is "within tolerance". This means nothing fits and nothing is sound and everything is substandard. He is stealing a living and bringing misery to hard working people's lives. He has numerous CCJ's against him and his so called firm. This guy gives builders a bad name. 21-04-10

steer clear - This man is to be featured on Cowboy Builders series 2 (early 2010) after leaving me and my family in a dangerous and unfinished house. Structural issues, building control issues and downright dishonesty seems to be his trade mark. 27-10-09
