I’d give 0 star rating if i could
Tried to book a taxi this morning as i was running late for college
Operator was rude for no reason and rushing me and he eventually put the phone down whilst I was mid sentence
Will never be using this company in the future

Do not use this taxi service unless you want the radio operators to tell you a bunch of lies!!!
I thought the guy during the day was bad enough but the girl that's in tonight is worse!
She told me a taxi would be ten to fifteen minutes! I rang her at 12 minutes! She said he would there in one minute, he was dropping off on Church Street, incidentally I was on Church Street!!
To cut a long story short the so called taxi had been a lie!
I was picked up 25 minutes after my first phone call and the driver told me she had given him the job two minutes earlier!!!
I would never ever use this taxi company again!!!!!
I wish there were minus stars to give!!!

Unreliable - My son was quoted £30 for a pickup,which I can verify.when he asked to be picked up they said it would be £45 and no previous promise had been made ( I was there when it was)
I had to drive 20 miles to pick up my son at 1 am.
So i would say they cannot be trusted

Star cars = a joke - Booked a taxi only to find out they weren't goin to cum because I hadn't paid a deposit what a joke. Was after working 13 hours and I'm pregnant only to be left waiting for these shower of clowns even got txt saying my taxi had been dispatched but just because I was unable to answer my phone due to work it never arrived didn't know of this new policy of paying deposits for taxis,if I could make my way to a taxi depot to pay a deposit why would I be ordering a taxi you fools. So bottom line is if you want to get a good reliable taxi service don't ring this company still waiting on apology from them
