Expensive learning curve - Used these builders having bought first house, so new to the building game! it was an expensive stressful and unpleasant experience dealing with these two builders.

The works which were carried out do not meet minimum building standards or building regulations. We discovered that they had taken items from another builder nearby's skip to use in our house.

Neither take any care in their work or of their tools resulting, in our case, in a very poor job.

It has cost us a lot of money and time sorting out the problems left behind such as severe rising and penetrating damp.

Based on my experience of these two and the damage caused to my house i would not use them again or recommend them to anybody however small the job.

I wish i had not decided to try and save money by going for them because they gave me a cheap quote as it has cost me more in the long run. 29-06-11
