NEVER use them!!! - NEVER use this taxi company CREWE TOLL CABS, phone: 0131 332 9999, they are extremely unprofessional and cheat in the bills!!! I used their taxi service in my neighbourhood for a short distance, the driver had no idea how to find the destination despite my instructions, then I needed another taxi to reach the destination, and was charged again, I paid 20 pounds for 1.5 mile. The taxi company never paid me back, despite my complaint, so no chances they improve their service in the future!!! If you need a taxi in Edinburgh, you had better avoid using taxi at all, you can use the bus service instead, the day ticket costs 3 pounds and is worth the money, and the drivers do know the routes. 25-11-10
