My case is in Connection with a annulment petition.
I found Mrs Pauline Reynolds to be irate, incompetent and incapable both on the Telephone and in Person also.
In the first instance Mrs Pauline Reynolds gladly took on my case and met myself in person, then from that day on, I found she passed on my case and delegated it to a Junior Clerk within the Company, who has since left.
The Junior Clerk, then did not return my calls, found it virtually impossible, to get a response and files sent to the Court late. However I was informed that these documents would be faxed immediately to the Court in question.
This vital evidence could not be used in conjunction with my hearing in Court on the day as Pauline Reynolds Solicitors did not comply, subsequently the Judge refused the exhibits.
This has had a devastating effect on the day in question all because of the incompetence of this firm of Solicitors.
I can not enforcise enough choose your solicitors carefully.
