Rude Manager - DO NOT STAY HERE! - I will first say the guys working the front desk are all very nice but they have no power when something goes wrong. When something does break your maintenance request doesn't get processed quickly and when trying to explain the situation to the manager, Belinda, SHE HANGS UP ON YOU. They try to give you excuses rather than fix the problem. Zero people skills and really unnecessary behavior. I will NEVER stay here again and unless you want to be treated like an idiot I recommend you don't either. They also let other residents play music really loud at 3am and do nothing about it. Hanging up on people is the most childish thing you can do. I am appalled at the rude behavior by someone who claims to be a manager.
