Please avoid this practice - Please avoid! find somewhere else if you can. I have been a patient at this dentist for last 15 years up till today. This practice was taken over a few years back by Ian J Starkey, and has gone rapidly down hill in patient service, it seems to be all about how many new patients i can take on then keep them all waiting for as long as possible, while he pockets the extra cash this is definately money over service!! . I've finally had enough of constantly being kept waiting for well over an hour each time i have been for a check up and it's not just me the practice waiting room was full of people also kept waiting, several actually had enough and walked out. The amazing thing is that the excuse is ALWAYS sorry we had and emergency, there must be alot of emergency's in this area or i'm just there ever time they get one in!!?? 25-05-10
