Over Priced Part - There was a £45 call out charge (for the first hour and diagnosis) which was competitive compared to Timpsons who charged £55 for the first 30mins.
The problem I had with them is that I had already took the door apart and located the problem but needed the part asap as I am about to go on holiday. The replacement part that the UPVC door needed was a Door Key Cylinder which they charged me £55 for. I later found out that the same part could be bought online for £11 (Timpsons charge £25 for this same part).
The job took 10-15 mins and the cost was £117.50 (inc VAT). This is a lot of money for me and to be truthful money that I don't have which is why I am writing this negative review. I have been ripped off. I therefore would not recommend Arrowmax Locksmiths for any work and won't be using them in the future.
