If I could give no stars I would. Don't be fooled by the gorgeous lakeside location, this cafe would be a finalist, if not outright winner, in the Worst Cafe in London awards! The rudest staff you can imagine (make Parisiennes look cloying), virtually inedible greasy food and slow & belligerent service. The way it's run is appalling and in this day & age when consumers are becoming more & more discerning, I can't believe it's still in business. Without its location, and the fact there's no competition nearby, it would've closed years ago. Horrible experience & avoid at all costs. 13-03-16
