I have nothing but praise for the staff and mr wong himself at the surgery I have been attending there for several years and am not the most reliable at arranging check ups however staff continue to call with reminders which I can only thank them for I came across this review site by chance and I will now make an appointment for a check up people I know have only praise for Mr wong so if people don't like it move on.

completely disagree with above comm - I completely disagree with the above comment. I have been seeing Mr Wong for past 4 years and the reception staff have been very attentive, helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, especially an emergency one and I have never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room. Highly recommended.

Ive got you - My husband hasn't been to a dentist since being a child because they made him nervous. the 1st visit to the surgery the reception staff were unwelcoming, snotty and looked like they could'nt care less about there patients wellbeing. Mr wong seemed nice. 1st appointment was made, which meant time off work for my husband to get there and find out it was the wrong date. 2nd appointment made, got there, wrong date. 3rd appointment made surely nothing else could happen, Mr Wong dentist left a message on our answering machine the night before informing us the appointment was cancelled.Either members of staff need training on how to use the booking system and communication skills or i think they just want our money and they couldnt give a dam.
