Disappointing - Huge disappointment. I was lured inside by the A Board outside proclaiming 'Time Out's Cafe of the year' turns out this was awarded in 2005, and standards have slipped since then. The baristas were really unfriendly and were more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. I'd heard good things about their blend, but my espresso was burnt, and a quick look on their back bar showed they were using Tesco value soya milk (and charging 50p for it!) aargh that killed it for me, such a shame cause they were obviously at the top of their game before the current crop of coffee bars were around.

What was good however, and probably worth my visit alone was the absolutely stunning Elektra Belle machine they were using, it was great to see a massive machine like this but pointless if you don't have the right staff operating it!
