Could be better - Terry from Lady Bay Plumbing & Heating Ltd seems a nice chap and I am sure he has done some good jobs but unfortunately not for us.

We had him refit our bathroom. He agreed to do the whole job for a quoted price (and bring in other contractors at his own cost if needed).

The bathroom looks good but we spent a lot on it and there are a few things which he got wrong and never came back to fix (despite promising to).

For example, we brought a recessed shower tap. He measured wrong so instead of it being flush with the tiles it sticks out by about 3cm. He said he would put it right but all he did was silicon this gap - and it looks awful. He also got the measurements wrong on the bath location meaning that the taps hit the tiles when you turn them on so they won't fully turn on - annoying.

The final problem is that a contractor that he brought in on the job is chasing us for payment when it was a fixed price job that we have paid in full. 03-02-15
