This is my dentist. Or it was.. - NHS and private patients are seen here.

Along with a massive amount of corrective dental work, I had an impacted wisdom tooth extraction carried out overseas last week.
I now have some oral stitches that need to be removed early next week... They're not dissolvable.

I called Knights Hill Dental Practice to enquire whether they would be able to remove the stitches. My usual dentist answered the phone and the conversation went like this.

Me: "Hi there... I don't know if you can help me, but I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed last week and have some non-dissolvable stitches that need to be removed next week. Is this something you'd be able to do?"
Dentist: "Oh, the stitches will dissolve."
Me: "No, they're *non*-dissolvable. Would you be able to remove them for me?"
Dentist: "No."
[there is a silence]
Me: "Okaaay... Could you possibly tell me which local hospitals have a dental clinic?"
Dentist: "I think Kings do."
Me: "Thanks for your help".
[Dentist hangs up]

I won't be using this dentist again. Although I found the work to be fine at the time (fillings and root canal), pretty much all of the dentistry carried out overseas was for the correction of previous messes. Whilst I cannot blame Knights Hill Dental Practice for all of my dental issues, a hatchet job *had* been done on one tooth in particular and that was definitely the work of Knights Hill Dental. The tooth had to be removed as a result and it's in horrendous shape.

I have the tooth and can photograph it, should any proof be needed.
