Awful Experience - Supercuts in the Pallasades used to be a nice place to go with friendly hairdressers and good customer services. Recently however the customer service is awful I saw an Asian woman get treated very badly there today for no apparent reason. She was so flustered by the experience she left her shopping and literally walked quickly away. The staff member who cut her hair then had a look at what she had bought and made rude comments. I ensured that I told the staff members how disgusting their behaviour was especially to a paying customer and left. I'm not too sure if this was a racially aggravated incident however it did seem to be.
