Dreadful, up till now, very slow and it is impossible to speak to my case worker.
Can't wait to get this over with.
Every email takes a whole day to get a reply, so any issues that should take a day go on and on.
This makes impossible to get any questions answered.
Feeling very frustrated

Terrible - We have had to use Grindeys as they represent HSBC as part of our mortgage application. They obviously don't care that we are HSBC customers and know they'll be paid by HSBC as their service has been painfully slow. Communication is near to non-existent and 6 months later and we're still finding out there are documents they forgot to send. Will be making an official complaint to HSBC about them but wanted to advise others in the meantime avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Very dissatisfied with Grindeys - We have been introduced by my mortgage advisor to use Grindeys as our property solicitor, this is the biggest mistake we have made.
They are inefficient and dragging forever to get things done.
They have told me they would call me back or leave a note for someone to call me back a dozen times, and nobody has ever phoned me!
They have taken weeks to simply send me documents, causing delays and problems. The also do not communicate with the other solicitors in my chain. This is a nightmare and they are the worst solicitor company I have come across.
I made a serious error choosing them to do my conveyency.

With Regrets - We have been introduced by Halifax to use Grindeys as our property solicitor, this is the biggest mistake we have done by taking them as our solicitors. They are inefficient and dragging forever to get things done. They were unable to speak for us as our solicitors but ended up speaking for the other vendor's solicitor and working towards their advantages when we are the one paying them. This is the worst solicitor company i have come across.

They should change their staffs to get better review from clients.
